Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when João Assis got the match started through his kick off. Eusébio Lisboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Massadas's zone, Lúcio Alves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Cunha came out of the goal and Lúcio Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eusébio Lisboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Carlos Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Lúcio Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Panascos FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alexandre Reis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A hard shot 25 in the game by Alexandre Reis from a close distance when the talented Fernando Rocha managed to make a qualified save. Panascos FC's players were relieved. Fernando Rocha was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Assis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Alexandre Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 played minutes, Massadas's Miguel Leão shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fernando Rocha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Massadas reached it. Eusébio Lisboa hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Massadas's attack was well implemented in the 38th minute, but when João Assis was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. After a rather tough play, Panascos FC's Manuel Coimbra got a free kick in the 41st minute. The audience was convinced that João Assis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Rocha was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lúcio Alves to strike the kick off in the second half. Panascos FC's Fernando Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Reis in the 52nd minute of play. Eusébio Lisboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st match minute, Panascos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Coimbra to maneuver through the defense. Massadas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastião Cardoso in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Eusébio Lisboa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Cunha. Massadas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusébio Lisboa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Lúcio Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Cunha having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Alves in the 74th minute of play forced Massadas's goalkeeper Carlos Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Massadas got a freekick which was hit by Marco Delgado. Alexandre Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Rocha having to interfere. In the 88th minute João Assis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute Alexandre Tavares suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 91st minute, José Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Reis in the 93rd minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
