Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bernardo Dias started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Paradelhas's goalkeeper Filipe Faria had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Alves. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ricardo Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bugalho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Alves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filipe Faria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Sandro Soares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Bernardo Dias came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Paradelhas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Dias couldn't finish the play. Sandro Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Dias in the 23rd minute of play forced Bugalho FC's goalkeeper Lucas Gueifão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricardo Alves was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Sandro Soares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filipe Faria was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Bugalho FC's Ricardo Alves got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bugalho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paradelhas the free kick. A collision led to Bugalho FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. António Assis hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Paradelhas's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Alves came free, but Filipe Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sandro Soares came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Bugalho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandro Soares couldn't finish the play. Paradelhas's Filipe Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Soares in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Sandro Soares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Paradelhas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Paradelhas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
