Muna FC's Eusébio Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Barbosa in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Muna FC's Vítor Moreira got a free kick in the 9th minute. Eusébio Paredes took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusébio Pires. Eusébio Pires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Carlos Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eusébio Pires made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Eusébio Paredes sent off a good shot on target. If Filipe Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Diamantino Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Muna FC's zone, Filipe Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Pires came out of the goal and Filipe Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adelino Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Paredes got free with Eusébio Pires in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vítor Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Eusébio Pires made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Eusébio Paredes sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th minute, Adelino Pinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muna FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Borges made a kick off. Filipe Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Pires having to interfere. In the 60th minute Filipe Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tougues's Eusébio Paredes in 61 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Eusébio Pires guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Filipe Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Pires having to interfere. If Eusébio Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Pires having to interfere. The supporters of Tougues booed when Muna FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Filipe Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tougues walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
