Adolfo Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adolfo Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Humberto Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adolfo Machado to strike the kick off in the second half. The penalty shot was made by Tomás Viana, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ninaes's Oliveira Gomes. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliveira Costa in the 96th minute of play forced Ninaes's goalkeeper Oliveira Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Trazoeira's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
