Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joaquim Machado took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Abreu during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes Columbeira FC got a freekick which was hit by David Abreu. Xavier Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Ferro in the 9th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Balouta's Alberto Torres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xavier Henriques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute, David Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingos Ferro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xavier Henriques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. João Costa hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Domingos Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 played minutes Columbeira FC got a freekick which was hit by David Abreu. Balouta's Joaquim Machado suffered a concussion after 36 minutes and had to leave the field. Raul Carneiro charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raul Carneiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, one of Columbeira FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Columbeira FC. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Balouta. Rui Gueifão stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Xavier Henriques. 0-1. Rui Gueifão hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lúcio Aguiar made a kick off. Domingos Ferro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Xavier Henriques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Lúcio Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Columbeira FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lúcio Aguiar couldn't finish the play. Lúcio Aguiar took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lourenço Sousa. Lourenço Sousa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Lúcio Aguiar struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Lourenço Sousa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Columbeira FC. 69 minutes into the game, Américo Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balouta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Columbeira FC the free kick. Xavier Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Neto in the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Columbeira FC's Gabriel Lopes got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Lúcio Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lourenço Sousa having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Columbeira FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
