Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miguel Pacheco started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Simão Monteiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Simão Monteiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Pedro Santos made a huge save. In the 10th minute of the match António Assis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Santos skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Pacheco in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Santos saved Nandufe FC from getting behind. If Miguel Pacheco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Simão Monteiro came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Maceirinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simão Monteiro couldn't finish the play. Delfim Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Simão Monteiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Santos came out and tried to block the shot, but Simão Monteiro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. Simão Monteiro had several of the Nandufe FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Pedro Santos as he didn't even see the shot coming. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Simão Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maceirinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Simão Monteiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Simão Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Santos having to interfere. Pedro Santos made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Simão Monteiro sent off a good shot on target. Miguel Pacheco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Santos having to interfere. Jorge Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
In the 53rd match minute, Nandufe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, Simão Monteiro notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Nandufe FC's Pedro Santos. Pedro Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 58 played minutes Maceirinha got a freekick which was hit by David Assunção. 59 minutes into the match, Nandufe FC's Heitor Monteiro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jorge Baptista struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Adelino Paredes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nandufe FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Simão Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maceirinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Simão Monteiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 66 played minutes Nandufe FC got a freekick which was hit by Heitor Monteiro. If Basílio Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Nandufe FC's Jorge Baptista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adelino Paredes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Basílio Abreu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Adelino Paredes 73 minutes into the match. If Basílio Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Jorge Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nandufe FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Baptista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelino Paredes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute Miguel Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Nandufe FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Maceirinha.
