Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when André Amaro kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that André Amaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Dantas was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Cândido Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Trindade in the 6th minute of play. João Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Emanuel Guarda in the 10th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When SC Arez's Pedro Trindade in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barcarena's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Amaro in the 14th minute of play forced SC Arez's goalkeeper Bruno Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gil Carneiro fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Arez's protests and gave Gil Carneiro a yellow card for diving instead. Gil Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Bruno Dantas came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcarena's André Amaro. But to his dismay, André Amaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 19 minutes of play, Barcarena's Pedro Oliveira made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Dantas was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Trindade in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cândido Dias saved Barcarena from getting behind. Cândido Dias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Guarda in the 27th minute. Carlos Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Bruno Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Barcarena's goalkeeper Cândido Dias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Guarda. In the 34th minute Pedro Trindade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cândido Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Oliveira in the 35th minute of play forced SC Arez's goalkeeper Bruno Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Trindade in the 37th minute of play forced Barcarena's goalkeeper Cândido Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Emanuel Guarda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cândido Dias having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Emanuel Guarda fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

The wind increased when Pedro Trindade made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Pedro Trindade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Cândido Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cândido Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Trindade in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Oliveira got free with Bruno Dantas in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute Pedro Trindade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cândido Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barcarena's Cândido Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Coelho in the 70th minute of play. When Pedro Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Barcarena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Oliveira couldn't finish the play. Pedro Oliveira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 74th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The long shot by Júlio Jesus in the 79th minute really tested Bruno Dantas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Barcarena's André Amaro got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, António Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André Amaro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Dantas having to make a save. In the 90th minute, Pedro Trindade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Arez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Bruno Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Torres in the 94th minute. In the 96th play minute Pedro Oliveira came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bruno Dantas. 2-3. The Barcarena supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Barcarena would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
