Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Nogueiras's Paulo Neto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Bernardo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 9 minutes into the game, Óscar Gomes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ervedinho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Nogueiras the free kick. After 9 played minutes Ervedinho got a freekick which was hit by Óscar Gomes. SC Nogueiras's António Sá couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ervedinho. 15 minutes into the game, SC Nogueiras's João Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rui Ramos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Basílio Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vítor Pedroso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Basílio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ervedinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Basílio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vítor Pedroso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basílio Costa in the 28th minute of play forced SC Nogueiras's goalkeeper Vítor Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, SC Nogueiras's goal looked a bit too open when Óscar Gomes came free, but Vítor Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Ervedinho's goalkeeper Rui Ramos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Nascimento. If João Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Nascimento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rui Ramos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 49th minute of play. SC Nogueiras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by António Sá in the 51st minute. SC Nogueiras's António Sá was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rui Ramos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Basílio Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55thth minute of the game Basílio Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Nogueiras's Vítor Pedroso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ricardo Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Bernardo Leite blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor Pedroso having to make a save. Bernardo Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Vítor Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Bernardo Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Pedroso having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Basílio Costa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vítor Pedroso. The goal made the score 1-2. Rui Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Basílio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Pedroso having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, one of SC Nogueiras:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 87th minute, Paulo Neto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Ramos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Bernardo Leite took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vítor Pedroso. Vítor Pedroso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Basílio Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor Pedroso having to make a save. Ervedinho's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
