Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Armindo Vieira took the kick off in the first half of the match. Paulo Campos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Pissilgais's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Abreu came free, but Rui Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pissilgais's Armindo Vieira got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armindo Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Tomás Gonçalves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armindo Vieira was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 16th minute. Pissilgais's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, SC Montao's Tomás Gonçalves got control of the ball when Paulo Campos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute, Augusto Abreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rui Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Veiga in the 28th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Armindo Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pissilgais's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armindo Vieira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rui Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Veiga in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Vieira in the 39th minute of play forced SC Montao's goalkeeper Tomás Gonçalves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Rui Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Veiga's shot from short distance in the 49th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Veiga was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Pissilgais's Afonso Coimbra made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Gonçalves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulo Campos might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomás Gonçalves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulo Campos ran back to his position shaking his head. After 59 minutes, Armindo Vieira made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. SC Montao's Tomás Gonçalves tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Paulo Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Veiga in the 72nd minute of the match. Tomás Gonçalves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Campos's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Tomás Gonçalves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Vieira in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Montao's zone, Paulo Campos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Gonçalves came out of the goal and Paulo Campos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulo Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Gonçalves having to interfere. Armindo Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pissilgais's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
