Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when António Guarda took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Valonguinho FC's goalkeeper Filipe Viegas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Matias. A collision led to Valonguinho FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Alexandre Amorim hit a great ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Lúcio Aleixo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valonguinho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lúcio Aleixo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Valonguinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when António Guarda came free, but Filipe Viegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Valonguinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Delgado to maneuver through the defense. Tiago Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lúcio Aleixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 minutes of play, Valonguinho FC's Tiago Luz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Pereira was left in no man's land by his defense there! António Guarda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Pereira had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Tiago Monteiro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Bruno Pereira came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Valonguinho FC's Tiago Monteiro. But to his dismay, Tiago Monteiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Alexandre Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lúcio Aleixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faleiros's Bruno Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Luz in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Bruno Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute, Alexandre Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Pereira was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Emílio Ferro. Pedro Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Filipe Viegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luís Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delfim Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Filipe Viegas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Matias's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Valonguinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when António Guarda came free, but Filipe Viegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delfim Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Luís Matias struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Filipe Viegas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Faleiros. Cristiano Domingues hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Bruno Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Luz in the 85th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Valonguinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when António Guarda came free, but Filipe Viegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Guarda in the 89th minute of play forced Valonguinho FC's goalkeeper Filipe Viegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiago Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Lúcio Aleixo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Pereira. Faleiros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lúcio Aleixo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When the match was over Valonguinho FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Faleiros throughout the match.
