Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Catarino Teixeira made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Luceia's zone, Catarino Teixeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Nogueira came out of the goal and Catarino Teixeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Godel FC booed when Luceia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Vítor Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jorge Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Catarino Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Vicente Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Vítor Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Godel FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lúcio Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Miguel Aleixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Vítor Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Godel FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vítor Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Fernando Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lúcio Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 27 minutes, Catarino Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Godel FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Catarino Teixeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vicente Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Vítor Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Garcia couldn't finish the play. After having played for 40 minutes, Lúcio Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luceia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lúcio Vaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Godel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Abreu came free, but Miguel Aleixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lúcio Vaz in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Aleixo saved Godel FC from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lúcio Vaz to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Vaz in the 55th minute of play forced Godel FC's goalkeeper Miguel Aleixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lúcio Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Godel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Azevedo came free, but Miguel Aleixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Luceia booed when Godel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luceia's André Vale couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Godel FC. In the 63rd minute Fernando Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Aleixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Luceia's Jorge Nogueira got control of the ball when Vítor Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Godel FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Diogo Guerreiro hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Fernando Azevedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Luceia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Miguel Aleixo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Luceia's Lúcio Vaz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The supporters of Luceia booed when Godel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Godel FC's zone, Lúcio Vaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Aleixo came out of the goal and Lúcio Vaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Luceia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
