Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alberto Abreu started the match with the kick off. Albertino Amaro kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. If Alberto Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Henriques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gil Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th match minute, Cardielos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Cruz to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Filipe Campos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gil Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Alberto Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rogil's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vítor Gaspar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacinto Henriques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Campos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Vítor Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 34 played minutes Cardielos got a freekick which was hit by Cândido Cabral. Vítor Gaspar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 35th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lucas Leão. If Gil Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Abreu struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Vítor Gaspar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rogil. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filipe Campos to strike the kick off in the second half. Paulo Melo, 51 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Vítor Gaspar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Cândido Cabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Alberto Abreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rogil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogério Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Filipe Campos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Henriques was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. After 76 minutes, Filipe Campos made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Rogil's Jacinto Henriques tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rogério Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Gaspar having to interfere. When Hélder Faro fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rogil's protests and gave Hélder Faro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cardielos booed when Rogil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Faro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacinto Henriques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filipe Campos's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Filipe Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Henriques having to interfere. If Gil Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cardielos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
