Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Filipe Campos started the match with the kick off. Gil Garcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Marques having to make a save. 7 minutes into the match, Filipe Campos notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of SC Relva's Pedro Marques. Pedro Marques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Assis during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Cardielos's Filipe Campos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Vítor Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Moniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Pedro Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gil Garcia in the 33rd minute. When Paulo Assis was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 36 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, SC Relva's Paulo Assis got a free kick in the 37th minute. Jorge Leal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vítor Gaspar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Gil Garcia fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

If Jorge Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Jorge Leal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Diamantino Araújo struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Vítor Gaspar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Relva. Jorge Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Vítor Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filipe Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Marques having to interfere. Pedro Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 3-0 became the score in the 77th minute when Filipe Campos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Filipe Campos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Marques. SC Relva's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filipe Campos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Vicente Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cardielos's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Diamantino Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Pedro Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cardielos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
