Manuel Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Almeida in the 7th minute of play. If Basílio Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Marco Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Marco Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. Xavier Valente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 31 played minutes SC Rapoulinha got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Amorim. If Viriato Henriques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viriato Henriques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Xavier Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viriato Henriques might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xavier Valente. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viriato Henriques ran back to his position shaking his head. Manuel Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Lucas Leal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ramiro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Rapoulinha the free kick. In the 46th match minute, Ramiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Leal to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, Marco Almeida dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Manuel Nascimento, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Sebastião Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SC Rapoulinha's Henrique Carneiro got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 59thth minute of the game Viriato Henriques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Rapoulinha's Xavier Valente was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Ramiro FC's Viriato Henriques ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xavier Valente. Xavier Valente yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 70 minutes into the game, Henrique Carneiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Manuel Nascimento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the SC Rapoulinha defense, Viriato Henriques kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xavier Valente. The SC Rapoulinha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xavier Valente should have stopped the shot. Marco Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Nascimento having to interfere. When Basílio Dias came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the SC Rapoulinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basílio Dias couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Ramiro FC's Lucas Leal got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Marco Almeida ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Nascimento was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. After 94 minutes of play, SC Rapoulinha's Marco Almeida made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there!
