The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaspar Carvalho helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bodiosa FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Luís Cruz hit a great ball. Carlos Morais kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Segirem getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jaime Marques hit a great ball. When Joel Vale came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Bodiosa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Vale couldn't finish the play. António Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Óscar Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lourenço Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Óscar Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lourenço Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Óscar Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Joaquim Faria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Óscar Machado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute Lourenço Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Vale made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Lourenço Vaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Óscar Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Óscar Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mariano Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Joel Vale cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Sandro Moura was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute, Mariano Leite left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bodiosa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Sandro Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Vale in the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Jaime Marques was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Segirem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bodiosa FC the free kick. António Cruz, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Segirem booed when Bodiosa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. António Cruz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
