Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ricardo Pedroso started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Luís Guerreiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mariano Santarém charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariano Santarém the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mariano Santarém hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When David Miranda came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Mido fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Miranda couldn't finish the play. 8 minutes into the match, Valdreu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Lopes came free, but Gabriel Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Paredes in the 9th minute of the match. Augusto Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 21 minutes, Lourenço Matias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mido and the Valdreu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mido getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Lourenço Matias hit a great ball. If Ricardo Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Pedroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gabriel Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Paredes in the 30th minute of the match. Mido's Bernardo Ferro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Mido from getting a goal against them. Luís Guerreiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernardo Ferro having to make a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Miranda made a kick off. Gabriel Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mariano Santarém was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. In the 53rd minute, Mariano Santarém hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Valdreu FC's zone, David Miranda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Lima came out of the goal and David Miranda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rui Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Valdreu FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Miranda came free, but Gabriel Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdreu FC's Gabriel Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Miranda in the 60th minute of play. Luís Guerreiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Ferro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Luís Guerreiro struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Bernardo Ferro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valdreu FC. Rui Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Lima having to interfere. The supporters of Valdreu FC booed when Mido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Valdreu FC's Carlos Moura in action when he in the 89th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 92nd minute, Hélder Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Luís Guerreiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mido's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
