Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bento Nunes started the match with the kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Almas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Calvelos FC:s goal. In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Calvelos FC. Jaime Castro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Américo Ferro. 0-1. Luís Ramos scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliveira Antunes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jaime Castro hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. A collision led to Calvelos FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Augusto Silva hit a great ball. Oliveira Antunes made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Luís Ramos sent off a good shot on target. Bento Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveira Antunes having to interfere. Oliveira Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Ramos in the 31st minute of the match. Luís Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Freitas during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46thth minute of the game Bento Nunes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calvelos FC's Oliveira Antunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernardo Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domingos Faro to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Calvelos FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Filipe Leal hit a great ball. After 56 played minutes Almas got a freekick which was hit by Albertino Aguiar. 58 minutes into the match, Calvelos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bento Nunes came free, but Oliveira Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bento Nunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliveira Antunes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Luís Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alexandre Marques took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Américo Ferro. Américo Ferro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Bento Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Oliveira Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Luís Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almas's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oliveira Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Luís Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveira Antunes having to interfere. After 95 played minutes Calvelos FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Freitas. Almas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Calvelos FC for a fine match.
