After some careless play in the SC Levrinho defense, Ricardo Antunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Santos. The SC Levrinho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Santos should have stopped the shot. Sebastião Brás hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, SC Lameira's Filipe Aguiar got a free kick in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, SC Lameira's goal looked a bit too open when Armindo Pacheco came free, but Gaspar Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusébio Domingues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th match minute, SC Lameira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eusébio Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe Aguiar hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the match, SC Levrinho's goalkeeper Manuel Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Antunes. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

SC Lameira's Gaspar Domingues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save SC Lameira from getting a goal against them. When Eusébio Domingues came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the SC Levrinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Domingues couldn't finish the play. In the 58th match minute, SC Levrinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Brás to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Lameira's zone, Armindo Pacheco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Domingues came out of the goal and Armindo Pacheco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armindo Pachecos short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Gaspar Domingues to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ricardo Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Manuel Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ricardo Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusébio Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Domingues having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Eusébio Domingues fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, SC Levrinho's Sebastião Brás got a free kick in the 74th minute. SC Levrinho's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lourenço Moniz in the 90th minute. The corner ended in Lourenço Moniz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Lameira's Gaspar Domingues did a great save. In the 91st minute Eusébio Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Levrinho's Lourenço Moniz got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Ricardo Antunes scored 2-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Santos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Lameira fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Levrinho had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
