Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Bernardo Valente started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Daniel Assunção fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Silva having to interfere. In the 10th minute of the match, Daniel Assunção tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carlos Silva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Paulo Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes SC Eixes got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Coelho. 21 minutes into the match, SC Eixes's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Teixeira came free, but Hélder Coimbra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes, Lucas Gonçalves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Eixes and the SC Abobada players grew even worse after the yellow card. 27 minutes into the game, one of SC Abobada:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 28 minutes, SC Eixes's Simão Borges got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Carlos Silva. In the 32nd minute of the match Alexandre Gomes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hélder Coimbra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Valente in the 36th minute of play forced SC Eixes's goalkeeper Hélder Coimbra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, SC Abobada's Bernardo Valente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hélder Coimbra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Lucas Gonçalves was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. A collision led to SC Eixes getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Lucas Gonçalves hit a great ball. Bernardo Valente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cláudio Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Carlos Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Cláudio Castro made the kick off in the second half. Cláudio Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Valente in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélder Coimbra saved SC Eixes from getting behind. Carlos Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Rui Carneiro's late challenge caught a SC Eixes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Carneiro helped the player get up and apologised. Rui Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Simão Borges sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Abobada's Carlos Silva didn't even have to move. Cláudio Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cláudio Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Silva having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Cláudio Castro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Eixes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0.
