Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gustavo Silva made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute, Amadeu Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 5 minutes into the game, Jorge Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cornalheira FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Arrifaninha the free kick. In the 5th minute, Jorge Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cornalheira FC's Bernardo Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeu Martins in the 6th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Vasco Rodrigues notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of SC Arrifaninha's Artur Moutinho. Artur Moutinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernardo Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Lisboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Almeida's late challenge caught a Cornalheira FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Almeida helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes SC Arrifaninha got a freekick which was hit by Rui Almeida. Amadeu Martins charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeu Martins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Artur Moutinho was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gabriel Brás. Vasco Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vasco Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Moutinho having to interfere. Amadeu Jesus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Bernardo Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Cornalheira FC defense, Amadeu Martins kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Rocha. The Cornalheira FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Rocha should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Cornalheira FC's zone, Amadeu Jesus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Rocha came out of the goal and Amadeu Jesus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amadeu Jesus to strike the kick off in the second half. If Amadeu Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Moutinho having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, SC Arrifaninha's Amadeu Martins sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amadeu Jesus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Bernardo Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the game, one of Cornalheira FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Bernardo Rocha, was totally fooled by SC Arrifaninha's Ricardo Mendes, who 78 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 81st minute, Rui Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th match minute, SC Arrifaninha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Lisboa to maneuver through the defense. After 85 minutes of play, Cornalheira FC's Gabriel Brás made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Moutinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 93 in the game by Amadeu Martins from a close distance when the talented Bernardo Rocha managed to make a qualified save. Cornalheira FC's players were relieved. 97 minutes into the match, SC Arrifaninha's Amadeu Martins sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vasco Rodrigues took the ball and in the 100 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Moutinho. Artur Moutinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2.
