Panchorra's Hélder Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Tavares in the 30th minute of play. With his leg Amadeu Dias managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Panchorra's Gaspar Andrade fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Rogério Borba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amadeu Dias was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. João Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Hélder Matias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Rodrigues's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hélder Matias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Padronita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaspar Andrade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 58th minute, Gaspar Andrade ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amadeu Dias was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 65 minutes into the game, Padronita's João Macedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hélder Matias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Borba in the 73rd minute of play forced Padronita's goalkeeper Amadeu Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vasco Jesus during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Padronita's Amadeu Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Andrade in the 78th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Rodrigues helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes Padronita got a freekick which was hit by Marco Rodrigues. The Padronita players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Panchorra from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
