Humberto Assis came out of the goal and Diogo Henriques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sandro Nunes's late challenge caught a Coxerro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandro Nunes helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Cobre FC got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Nunes. In the 97th minute, António Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Coxerro were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cobre FC for a fine match.
