Bruno Amorims short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Filipe Aguiar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Afonso Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Correia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bouceiro FC's Simão Brito got a free kick in the 14th minute. Filipe Cabral took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Correia. Lucas Correia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Óscar Carneiro got free with Filipe Aguiar in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filipe Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Correia having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Cabral in the 27th minute of play forced Bouceiro FC's goalkeeper Lucas Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Afonso Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Correia having to interfere. Tiago Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Afonso Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Lucas Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Filipe Cabral made the kick off in the second half. Óscar Carneiro took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filipe Aguiar. Filipe Aguiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Saiceira FC's zone, Bruno Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filipe Aguiar came out of the goal and Bruno Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiago Torres during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Saiceira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Torres to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Bruno Amorim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filipe Aguiar was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Bruno Amorim notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Saiceira FC's Filipe Aguiar. Filipe Aguiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bouceiro FC's Lucas Correia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Bouceiro FC from getting a goal against them. Joaquim Maia's late challenge caught a Bouceiro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Maia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th match minute, Saiceira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Maia to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, Filipe Cabral dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucas Correia, 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
