Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when José Neves kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pocinho FC's zone, Afonso Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delfim Magalhães came out of the goal and Afonso Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute José Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Afonso Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afonso Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Magalhães having to interfere. In the 21st minute Afonso Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saiceira FC's Filipe Cabral got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Francisco Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Saiceira FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Leiria. Filipe Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Neves in the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Saiceira FC's zone, Francisco Matias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filipe Aguiar came out of the goal and Francisco Matias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Francisco Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filipe Cabral to make the kick off. Cristóvão Cardoso was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 52 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Saiceira FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! The referee gave Pocinho FC a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Manuel Abreu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Saiceira FC's Filipe Aguiar. 1-0. Delfim Magalhães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Afonso Amaral in the 61st minute. 68 minutes into the match, Saiceira FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Neves came free, but Filipe Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Matias in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filipe Aguiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 71st minute, Tiago Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Neves struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Filipe Aguiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pocinho FC. Afonso Amaral who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Delfim Magalhães when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Pocinho FC's goalkeeper Delfim Magalhães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Amaral. Afonso Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Magalhães having to interfere. Saiceira FC's Filipe Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Neves in the 90th minute of play. Filipe Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Matias, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Saiceira FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
