Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro Matos started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Barros in the 3rd minute of play forced SC Alfarelos's goalkeeper Augusto Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiago Amaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Eusébio Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The SC Alfarelos fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when SC Alfarelos's Pedro Matos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. SC Alfarelos's Tiago Amaro got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusébio Santarém took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusébio Santarém showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Matos, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Alpande's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Alfarelos the free kick. Fábio Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Alpande's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Matos came free, but Eusébio Santarém reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Matos struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Eusébio Santarém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Alfarelos. The crowd rose to their feet as Alpande's Rui Campos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Augusto Ferreira. That made the score 1-1 after 30 minutes of play. If Pedro Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Matos in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusébio Santarém saved Alpande from getting behind. João Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Augusto Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Rui Campos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Ferreira was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

The supporters of Alpande booed when SC Alfarelos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Porto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Campos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Alfarelos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gabriel Neto was slow to take the kick. During this time Alpande's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Fábio Teixeira heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If João Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Matos in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusébio Santarém saved Alpande from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Pedro Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Alfarelos's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Matos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Santarém breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 72 minutes, Rui Campos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alpande's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Campos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alpande! In the 79th minute there was a penalty for SC Alfarelos. José Delgado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eusébio Santarém. 1-2. In the 83rd minute, João Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th match minute, Alpande was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Antunes to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the match, Alpande's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Matos came free, but Eusébio Santarém reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Campos in the 95th minute of play. After 96 minutes of play, SC Alfarelos's Pedro Matos made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eusébio Santarém was left in no man's land by his defense there! The SC Alfarelos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
