Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vandoma FC's Tiago Moniz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carlos Gueifão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Carlos Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th play minute Alfredo Delgado came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Simão Mendes. 1-0. In the 16th minute, Filipe Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basílio Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Nascimento in the 18th minute of play. Gil Miranda hit a great ball. Tiago Moniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Mendes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Nascimento in the 31st minute of play forced Vandoma FC's goalkeeper Basílio Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Vandoma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Leite to maneuver through the defense. Basílio Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Nascimento in the 33rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Tiago Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vandoma FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiago Moniz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simão Mendes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 42 minutes, Nuno Azevedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oporto and the Vandoma FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Vandoma FC a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Inácio Ferreira, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Oporto's Simão Mendes. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernando Nascimento to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Tiago Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiago Moniz hit a great ball. Oporto's Fernando Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Basílio Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Gueifão in the 58th minute. Gil Miranda's late challenge caught a Oporto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gil Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. Gil Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Oporto's Fernando Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Tiago Moniz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Simão Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gabriel Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Simão Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Moniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Fernando Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Vandoma FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Oporto for much of the match.
