Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Safarujo FC's Manuel Coelho started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th of the match, Manuel Coelho tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Miguel Amaro got in the way and made a wonderful save. Óscar Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Pedro Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of SC Juvim booed when Safarujo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes, SC Juvim's Daniel Silva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Matos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Juvim reached it. Óscar Vale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Matos having to make a save. 17 minutes into the game, Hugo Neves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Juvim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Safarujo FC the free kick. Miguel Amaro was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Manuel Coelho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Manuel Coelho really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Mário Almeida in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Miguel Amaro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, SC Juvim's Albertino Ribeiro got a free kick in the 24th minute. With a little luck, SC Juvim's Miguel Amaro got control of the ball when Mário Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute, Óscar Vale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Juvim fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Coelho in the 31st minute of play forced SC Juvim's goalkeeper Miguel Amaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mário Almeida struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Miguel Amaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Safarujo FC. After a defensive mix-up in Safarujo FC's zone, Óscar Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Matos came out of the goal and Óscar Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute Óscar Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Óscar Vale in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Matos prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Óscar Vale was the one to do the kick off. If Óscar Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Coelho took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Amaro. Miguel Amaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Coelho in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Amaro saved SC Juvim from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Manuel Coelho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel Amaro was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. After 68 played minutes SC Juvim got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Neves. Miguel Amaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Coelho in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of Safarujo FC booed when SC Juvim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Coelho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Amaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Mário Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Miguel Amaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Safarujo FC's zone, Emanuel Guarda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Matos came out of the goal and Emanuel Guarda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SC Juvim's Miguel Amaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Almeida in the 92nd minute of play. Safarujo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SC Juvim for a fine match.
