Ventosa's Cláudio Moutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Henriques in the 20th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Ancede FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Moniz to maneuver through the defense. João Guarda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cláudio Moutinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusébio Ferro, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Eusébio Ferro made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Ventosa's João Guarda made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Leão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulo Coelho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cláudio Moutinho having to make a save. Eusébio Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, Ventosa's José Bessa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulo Leão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 71 minutes into the match, Ventosa's goalkeeper Cláudio Moutinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusébio Henriques. Ventosa's Cláudio Moutinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Ventosa from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Paredes during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee showed Hélder Marques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ventosa's Hélder Marques got a free kick in the 95th minute. Eusébio Henriques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
