When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricardo Alves was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Roussada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Gueifão to maneuver through the defense. 52 minutes into the match, Oliveira Gaspar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Nogueira. Roussada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliveira Gaspar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 59 played minutes Carvas FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Garcia. Oliveira Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Garcia got free with José Nogueira in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
