Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cláudio Neto made the kick off which started today's match. Amílcar Miranda hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. If Filipe Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, Cláudio Neto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nuno Castro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nuno Castro came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mortagua's Filipe Sá. But to his dismay, Filipe Sá quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 31st play minute Carlos Luz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised José Vaz. 1-2. After 34 minutes, Cláudio Neto made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Pedreles's Nuno Castro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute Cláudio Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Heitor Almeida to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusébio Monteiro during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eusébio Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Heitor Almeida took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Vaz. José Vaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. José Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Luz in the 58th minute of play. Mortagua's Cláudio Neto got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. José Vaz came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pedreles's Heitor Almeida. But to his dismay, Heitor Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 72nd minute Carlos Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cláudio Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Nuno Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heitor Almeida in the 80th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Filipe Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mortagua's supporters rose to their feet, but Filipe Sá was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Luz struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. José Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pedreles. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mortagua walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
