Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Caparrosinha's Filipe Rodrigues started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Francisco Pires left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caparrosinha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Joaquim Garcia made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Francisco Pires sent off a good shot on target. Francisco Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Garcia having to interfere. Joaquim Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Rodrigues in the 11th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Paulo Moniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. António Matias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Miranda having to make a save. If Filipe Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Joaquim Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When João Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caparrosinha's protests and gave João Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, João Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Caparrosinha booed when Alfafar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cândido Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Moniz made a kick off. Francisco Pires's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Garcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Francisco Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Cândido Carneiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Caparrosinha's Filipe Rodrigues in 61 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Joaquim Garcia guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 63rd minute Paulo Moniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Alfafar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Rodrigues came free, but Joaquim Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Afonso Pinheiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquim Garcia. Alfafar FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Caparrosinha's Carlos Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Caparrosinha from getting a goal against them. Filipe Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Joaquim Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Pires in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquim Garcia saved Alfafar FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Alfafar FC's zone, Filipe Rodrigues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Garcia came out of the goal and Filipe Rodrigues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 100th minute Filipe Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Caparrosinha supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alfafar FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Alfafar FC.
