Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Afonso Moreira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gonçalo Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Afonso Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Raul Anjos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Afonso Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gonçalo Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Araújo's late challenge caught a Fornalha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Araújo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Avilhoso getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Paulo Araújo hit a great ball. With a little luck, Avilhoso's Raul Anjos got control of the ball when Gaspar Pacheco tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 played minutes, Avilhoso's Vicente Carvalho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joaquim Setúbal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Avilhoso reached it. With his leg Raul Anjos managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Fornalha FC's Vítor Guarda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fornalha FC's Vítor Guarda got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gonçalo Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Inácio Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Setúbal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vítor Guarda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Raul Anjos made a huge save. After 35 played minutes Fornalha FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Brás. Inácio Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonçalo Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

A collision led to Fornalha FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Gaspar Pacheco hit a great ball. Afonso Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Raul Anjos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Miranda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquim Setúbal. Fornalha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gonçalo Miranda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Raul Anjos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor Guarda in the 78th minute of the match. Joaquim Setúbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Miranda in the 81st minute of play. Gonçalo Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Fornalha FC's goalkeeper Joaquim Setúbal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inácio Reis. Gaspar Pacheco hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Joaquim Setúbal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 minutes, Gabriel Brás mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fornalha FC and the Avilhoso players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute, Gabriel Brás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonçalo Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Avilhoso's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
