Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, SC Adail's Gonçalo Valente got a free kick in the 4th minute. Serta's Alexandre Pires managed to work through SC Adail's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Alexandre Pires dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Eusébio Lisboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Macedo in the 7th minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, Serta's Vasco Guerreiro tried to score from far away in the 13th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Duarte Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Lisboa having to interfere. After 18 minutes of play, Serta's Duarte Macedo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eusébio Lisboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Duarte Macedo during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Augusto Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mário Luz having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of SC Adail:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Serta:s goal. SC Adail:s Eusébio Lisboa showed great skill when he stopped Vasco Guerreiro:s penalty. Serta's Mário Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Américo Sá in the 37th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Américo Sá made a kick off. SC Adail's Augusto Ribeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusébio Lisboa made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Duarte Macedo sent off a good shot on target. 60 minutes into the match, Serta's goal looked a bit too open when Américo Sá came free, but Mário Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SC Adail booed when Serta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lourenço Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes, SC Adail's Gonçalo Valente shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mário Luz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Adail reached it. After 63 minutes, Augusto Ribeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Adail and the Serta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eusébio Lisboa made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Duarte Macedo sent off a good shot on target. Augusto Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Mário Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serta's Mário Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Ribeiro in the 75th minute of play. SC Adail's Eusébio Lisboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save SC Adail from getting a goal against them. Alexandre Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Lisboa having to interfere. Eusébio Lisboa made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Duarte Macedo sent off a good shot on target. Tomás Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Mário Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Augusto Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mário Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Serta eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
