When Júlio Faria got free in front of the goal in the 28th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Urros's goalkeeper Pedro Carneiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Faria in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SC Urros's Abel Andrade got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute João Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adelino Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

Jorge Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Urros's Pedro Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Faria in the 58th minute of play. João Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Carneiro having to interfere. Vicente Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 77 minutes into the match, Soajo's Júlio Faria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Carneiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vicente Faria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Oliveira in the 81st minute of the match. If Jorge Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85thth minute of the game Gabriel Martins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soajo's Vicente Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gabriel Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Urros fans cheered their team off the field, for while Soajo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
