When SC Amoreirinha's Augusto Barbosa in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Paradamonte's goalie prevented a goal. If Miguel Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 12 minutes, Augusto Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Amoreirinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Barbosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to SC Paradamonte getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Gustavo Fonseca hit a great ball. Augusto Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SC Amoreirinha's Miguel Faro got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Barbosa in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélder Freitas saved SC Paradamonte from getting behind. Lucas Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francisco Tavares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. When Lucas Dantas came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the SC Paradamonte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Dantas couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Francisco Matos made a precise shot to the right of Francisco Tavares. SC Amoreirinha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucas Dantas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes SC Amoreirinha's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abel Soares who took care of the corner kick. 57 minutes into the game, Eusébio Faria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Paradamonte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Amoreirinha the free kick. SC Amoreirinha's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bruno Barbosa in the 60th minute. Augusto Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeu Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in SC Paradamonte's zone, Augusto Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hélder Freitas came out of the goal and Augusto Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Augusto Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, SC Paradamonte's Lúcio Leal got a free kick in the 74th minute. Augusto Barbosa scored 1-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hélder Freitas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amadeu Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When SC Amoreirinha's Augusto Barbosa in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Barbosa in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélder Freitas saved SC Paradamonte from getting behind. After 94 minutes of play, SC Amoreirinha's Miguel Faro made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hélder Freitas was left in no man's land by his defense there! SC Amoreirinha walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
