Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Teira's Alexandre Aguiar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, SC Teira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Araújo to maneuver through the defense. SC Simoes's Delfim Lisboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Aguiar in the 12th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, SC Teira's Cláudio Vieira made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delfim Lisboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, SC Simoes's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Aguiar came free, but Delfim Lisboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Alexandre Aguiar made a precise shot to the right of Delfim Lisboa. SC Simoes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 34th minute Joel Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 minutes of play SC Teira's Rogério Araújo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 35th match minute, SC Teira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Araújo to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristóvão Matos got free with Filipe Sousa in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristóvão Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Sousa having to interfere. The SC Simoes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Teira were winning 0-2.

52 minutes into the match, SC Teira's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Dantas came free, but Filipe Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, SC Simoes's Joel Dantas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filipe Sousa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 63 minutes into the game, Sebastião Cabral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Simoes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Teira the free kick. In the 64th minute, Sebastião Cabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Filipe Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Dantas in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filipe Sousa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 75 in the game by Cláudio Vieira from a close distance when the talented Delfim Lisboa managed to make a qualified save. SC Simoes's players were relieved. Filipe Sousa came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Simoes's Joel Dantas. But to his dismay, Joel Dantas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Cláudio Vieira scored 2-3 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Delfim Lisboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristóvão Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Filipe Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, SC Simoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Cabral to maneuver through the defense. SC Teira's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
