Rodrigo Branco's late challenge caught a SC Mondroes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armindo Guarda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Aguiar in the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, SC Mondroes's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Aguiar came free, but Armindo Guarda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
