Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Carlos Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Veiga having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquim Barros during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Cheiras FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Barros. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gonçalo Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cheiras FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonçalo Lopes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Cardoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Cheiras FC booed when Alfonge FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Cheiras FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Joaquim Barros hit a great ball. António Faro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 19th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Luís Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Luís Baptista notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Alfonge FC's Abel Cardoso. Abel Cardoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th match minute, Alfonge FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Borges to maneuver through the defense. Luís Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Cardoso having to interfere. Gonçalo Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Cardoso having to interfere. After 44 minutes of play Cheiras FC's Joaquim Barros was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 45th minute, Joaquim Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cheiras FC's Gonçalo Lopes got a free kick in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Baptista made a kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Cheiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Trindade came free, but Filipe Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Filipe Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Alfonge FC's António Faro got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute, Alfonge FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luís Baptista fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 80 minutes into the match, Cheiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Borges came free, but Filipe Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cheiras FC's Daniel Pinheiro got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filipe Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Trindade, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Abel Cardoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Baptista in the 97th minute. Luís Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
