Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vítor Lima started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the game, Eusébio Paredes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Caxaries's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soltaria FC the free kick. If Rui Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Artur Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artur Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Trindade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 17th minute, Diamantino Borges made a precise shot to the right of António Correia. SC Caxaries's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusébio Ferreira during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eusébio Ferreira hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. António Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diamantino Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Amorim in the 31st minute of play forced Soltaria FC's goalkeeper Artur Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Vítor Lima notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SC Caxaries's António Correia. António Correia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vítor Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Artur Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The SC Caxaries players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Soltaria FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rui Amorim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joaquim Carneiro's late challenge caught a SC Caxaries's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Carneiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Soltaria FC's goalkeeper Artur Pinto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Soltaria FC defense, Lucas Trindade kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Pinto. The Soltaria FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Pinto should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Trindade in the 62nd minute of play forced Soltaria FC's goalkeeper Artur Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diamantino Borges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but António Correia made a huge save. Diamantino Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Correia having to interfere. Diamantino Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vítor Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Lucas Trindade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mariano Faro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes into the match, SC Caxaries's Lucas Trindade sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Pinto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucas Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Pinto having to interfere. Artur Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Amorim in the 94th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui Amorim in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Pinto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Soltaria FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
