Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cândido Paiva made the kick off which started today's match. Rui Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cândido Paiva in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Augusto Magalhães made a precise shot to the right of David Oliveira. SC Carregueiro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Rui Leão was a little too slow when Cândido Paiva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-1. Paulo Amaro's late challenge caught a SC Carregueiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Amaro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Segade's Paulo Amaro got a free kick in the 28th minute. Oliveira Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Leão having to interfere. Oliveira Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 33 minutes of play Segade's Paulo Amaro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Segade getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Paulo Amaro hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Carregueiro's zone, Augusto Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Oliveira came out of the goal and Augusto Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Augusto Magalhães took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Oliveira. David Oliveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 43rd minute, Oliveira Ribeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augusto Magalhães to make the kick off. Miguel Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Leão having to interfere. Cândido Paiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rui Leão having to make a save. Rui Leão came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Carregueiro's Cândido Paiva. But to his dismay, Cândido Paiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 66th match minute, SC Carregueiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Oliveira having to interfere. When Lourenço Borges fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Segade's protests and gave Lourenço Borges a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Carregueiro booed when Segade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lourenço Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cândido Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Rui Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
