Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacinto Ferreira started the match with the kick off. Eusébio Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Fernando Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Ferreira in the 9th minute of the match. With a little luck, SC Calhariz's Gil Macedo got control of the ball when Gustavo Monteiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernando Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Fernando Martins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fernando Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Campos struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Fernando Martins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Calhariz. Luís Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Gil Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Dias made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Ferreira in the 54th minute of play forced SC Freiras's goalkeeper Fernando Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SC Freiras's Pedro Amorim got a free kick in the 55th minute. Fernando Martins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto Ferreira went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to SC Calhariz getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Joaquim Silva hit a great ball. Gustavo Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gil Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SC Calhariz getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Catarino Brito hit a great ball. In the 87th minute Luís Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, SC Freiras's Gustavo Monteiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gil Macedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Gustavo Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Freiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Monteiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gil Macedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jacinto Ferreira came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the SC Calhariz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Ferreira couldn't finish the play. The SC Freiras supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Calhariz's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Calhariz.
