Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Humberto Fernandes started the match with the kick off. SC Milhoes's Nuno Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Fernandes in the 4th minute of play. Humberto Fernandes scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Marques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute Catarino Morais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Catarino Morais in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nuno Marques saved SC Milhoes from getting behind. Humberto Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Marques having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Rogério Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Óscar Pacheco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Cristiano Aguiar made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Jorge Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Milhoes's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Esteves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano Aguiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inácio Cardoso hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The supporters of SC Milhoes booed when Memorial FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Ferro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Heitor Moreira came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the SC Milhoes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Heitor Moreira couldn't finish the play. Nuno Marques came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Memorial FC's Humberto Fernandes. But to his dismay, Humberto Fernandes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Óscar Pacheco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Jorge Esteves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nuno Marques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Catarino Morais went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The SC Milhoes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Memorial FC were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Jorge Esteves made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Catarino Morais managed to get in a good position for a shot. Memorial FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Catarino Morais was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute, Álvaro Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nuno Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Humberto Fernandes in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nuno Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Catarino Morais recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Catarino Morais scored 0-4 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Marques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th minute Jorge Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Tiago Vaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Memorial FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Milhoes the free kick. Catarino Morais could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Nuno Marques made a huge save. Nuno Marques made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Catarino Morais sent off a good shot on target.
