Hugo Baptista received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Domingos Rocha came out and tried to block the shot, but Hugo Baptista slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 29th minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Hugo Baptista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ribaldeira FC's Domingos Rocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Ribaldeira FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Mário Assunção hit a great ball. João Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Abreu having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Neves made a kick off. The audience was convinced that João Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Abreu was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. The supporters of Ribaldeira FC booed when SC Rossas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heitor Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Rocha having to interfere. Hugo Baptista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domingos Rocha having to make a save. If Hugo Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of SC Rossas booed when Ribaldeira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mário Assunção didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Baptista took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Rocha. Domingos Rocha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Alberto Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ribaldeira FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Eduardo Faria hit a great ball. SC Rossas's Hugo Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 92 minutes into the match, SC Rossas's goalkeeper João Abreu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Correia. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ribaldeira FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Rossas.
