Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hugo Ribeiro started the match with the kick off. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carvalha's goalkeeper Amadeu Figueiredo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hugo Ribeiro's late challenge caught a Carvalha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Ribeiro helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes Ardegao FC got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ribeiro. After having played for 19 minutes, Hugo Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ardegao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Ribeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Ribeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeu Figueiredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Diogo Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Figueiredo having to interfere. Vítor Moutinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filipe Pinto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Carlos Rodrigues struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Filipe Pinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carvalha. Vítor Moutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Pinto having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Moutinho in the 34th minute of play forced Ardegao FC's goalkeeper Filipe Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ardegao FC's Filipe Pinto got control of the ball when Carlos Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filipe Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Moutinho in the 41st minute of play. Amadeu Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogo Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. If Carlos Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vítor Moutinho to make the kick off. When Carlos Rodrigues came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Carvalha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Rodrigues couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Moutinho in the 58th minute of play forced Ardegao FC's goalkeeper Filipe Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Carlos Rodrigues made a precise shot to the right of Filipe Pinto. Ardegao FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Moutinho in the 64th minute of play forced Ardegao FC's goalkeeper Filipe Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69th play minutes Hugo Ribeiro shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Amadeu Figueiredo and just under the crossbar into goal. Manuel Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Diamantino Morais kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Carvalha's Carlos Rodrigues got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Amadeu Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Moutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Rodrigues in the 86th minute of play forced Ardegao FC's goalkeeper Filipe Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Vítor Moutinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filipe Pinto. Ardegao FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vítor Moutinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Carlos Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vítor Moutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Filipe Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ardegao FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Armando Mota hit a great ball.
