SC Gateiras's Emanuel Barros came free and shot a quick shot against goal 40 minutes in the game, fortunately Joaquim Morais had problems saving as it came toward the left post. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquim Morais prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
