Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miguel Cruz got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Miguel Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Miguel Cruz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gonçalo Magalhães. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Bela's Miguel Cruz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonçalo Magalhães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 22nd play minutes Pedro Leal shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Rui Marques and just under the crossbar into goal. Cândido Andrade hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Bela's Alexandre Rocha tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gonçalo Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Cruz in the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Miguel Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bela's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonçalo Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Leal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rui Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Manuel Brás blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rui Marques having to make a save. If Pedro Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
In the 60th minute, Pedro Leal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Choutaria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Pedro Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Choutaria FC! In the 71st minute there was a penalty for Bela. Alexandre Rocha stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gonçalo Magalhães. 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Gonçalo Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bela's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonçalo Esteves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonçalo Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Gonçalo Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Brás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Magalhães having to interfere. Gonçalo Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonçalo Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bela fans cheered their team off the field, for while Choutaria FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
