Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eduardo Torres made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Eduardo Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Brás saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Pombeiro's Eduardo Torres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inácio Brás narrowly saved just below the crossbar. João Araújo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Miguel Nascimento made a huge save. Adelino Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Nascimento having to interfere. David Campos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Fragosela FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Campos came free, but Inácio Brás reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Pombeiro booed when Fragosela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Pinheiro charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Pinheiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. David Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Adelino Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Araújo might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miguel Nascimento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Araújo ran back to his position shaking his head. 45 minutes into the match, João Araújo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Pombeiro's Miguel Nascimento. Miguel Nascimento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adelino Leão was the one to do the kick off. Cristóvão Nunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Inácio Brás made a huge save. Miguel Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Leão in the 56th minute of the match. In the 56th minute João Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Pombeiro getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. André Antunes hit a great ball. Miguel Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Araújo in the 63rd minute of the match. Miguel Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelino Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Raul Coimbra hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. David Campos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Inácio Brás made a huge save. In the 75th minute, David Campos made a precise shot to the right of Inácio Brás. Fragosela FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After having played for 80 minutes, João Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fragosela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fragosela FC's João Araújo got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Fragosela FC's Bento Esteves got a free kick in the 88th minute. When Pombeiro's Eduardo Torres in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fragosela FC's goalie prevented a goal. During the 94th minute of the match David Pinheiro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave David Pinheiro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Pombeiro were awarded a corner in the 98th minute after Fragosela FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Armindo Rodrigues took the corner. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pombeiro players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fragosela FC.
