Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amílcar Melo kicked off to start the match. If Paulo Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute Amílcar Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amílcar Melo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. António Ferreira hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. José Almeida received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gustavo Dias came out and tried to block the shot, but José Almeida slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Aiao's zone, José Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Dias came out of the goal and José Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 played minutes, SC Tangil's José Antunes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gustavo Dias came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Tangil reached it. After 22 played minutes SC Aiao got a freekick which was hit by Bento Fernandes. Gustavo Dias acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from José Antunes. After a rather tough play, SC Aiao's António Ferreira got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 26 played minutes SC Tangil got a freekick which was hit by José Almeida. Alexandre Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Gustavo Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SC Tangil's Álvaro Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amílcar Melo in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Paulo Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulo Ramos hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. A collision led to SC Tangil getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Rui Pedroso hit a great ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Almeida stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SC Tangil's Alexandre Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandre Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Dias having to interfere. José Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Alexandre Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, SC Tangil's Álvaro Veiga got control of the ball when Paulo Carvalho tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Vítor Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gustavo Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
