Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Veiga got the match started through his kick off. Sérgio Borba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Veiga's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Manuel Amaro came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Alfama's Carlos Torres. But to his dismay, Carlos Torres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 18th match minute, Alfama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simão Silva to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Veiga in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sérgio Borba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st match minute, Alfama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Amaro to maneuver through the defense. After 36 minutes of play, Alfama's Carlos Torres made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Amaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 40 minutes, Afonso Teixeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alfama and the Ganados players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Alfama getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Afonso Teixeira hit a great ball. If Daniel Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Cristóvão Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nuno Mota was the one to do the kick off. Manuel Amaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Mota in the 53rd minute of the match. If Nuno Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 61st minute of the match Afonso Teixeira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Afonso Teixeira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 61 played minutes Alfama got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Teixeira. A collision led to Ganados getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. António Matias hit a great ball. Daniel Veiga struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Sérgio Borba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ganados. Alfama's Sérgio Borba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Alfama from getting a goal against them. Cristóvão Macedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Sérgio Borba made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Torres in the 84th minute of play forced Ganados's goalkeeper Manuel Amaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Miguel Vale came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ganados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Vale couldn't finish the play. Cristóvão Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Borba having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ganados players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Alfama.
