Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sebastião Nascimento kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Vaz in the 4th minute of play forced Meneses FC's goalkeeper Lúcio Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Meneses FC's Carlos Aleixo got a free kick in the 5th minute. If David Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lourenço Pedroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Lúcio Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Nascimento in the 11th minute of the match. Lourenço Pedroso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th play minute Simão Barros came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised José Alves. 1-0. David Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Lúcio Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, David Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Metal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but David Vaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lúcio Teixeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute Lourenço Pedroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Lourenço Pedroso came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Metal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lourenço Pedroso couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lourenço Pedroso in the 47th minute of play forced Meneses FC's goalkeeper Lúcio Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lourenço Pedroso to strike the kick off in the second half. If Sebastião Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the game, Simão Barros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. José Alves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Meneses FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Carlos Aleixo hit a great ball. David Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Lúcio Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, Meneses FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Aleixo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Barros in the 80th minute of play forced Metal FC's goalkeeper José Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Lúcio Teixeira managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Metal FC's David Vaz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Meneses FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Carlos Aleixo hit a great ball. José Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Meneses FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
